​Run & Walk

Enjoy a refreshing 5K run & walk at Cadiz Springs State recreation area, rain or shine starting at 8:30 AM! The race fee is $15 and the entrance fee is $10 per car unless you have a state park pass. those 10 years old and under are free!  Proceeds will go to the new FIELDS of Green County Emergency Shelter and a scholarship for An MHS Senior pursuing a career in the mental health field.  Read about the kids fun run below! sign up for the 5k below.

KIDS
​FUN RUN

Kids can have fun running half a mile around Beckman lake while being cheered on by MHS Cheesemakers. The race begins at 8:00 AM and kids age 10 years old and under are free.  sign up below.

Why did we choose a run?

One focus of our Launch Behavioral Health class is to promote public health. This run will give community members the opportunity to be physically, mentally and socially engaged. additionally, all participants will benefit from the beauty of nature in Cadiz Springs State recreation area.  We hope everyone will take advantage of this opportunity for fun and wellness!
